Omega Advanced Fish Oil provides the active, directly usable form of Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. In this form, unlike flaxseed oil, no conversions are required that are open to blocking factors. Therefore, Omega 3 is much more biologically active than is flaxseed oil.
